KumoriCon 2013 - The Lonely Kyoya

If you know these cosplayers, please tell me some information so I can credit them properly.
This was the only Kyoya I saw the entire con. I would've stayed longer to chat but I was helping host the kumoriball and was in a hurry (that's why it was blurry). He was super sweet and offering chips. He should've charged for them, That'd be a Kyoya thing to do.
